Supporters of Ukraine's opposition forces intend to rally outside the parliament until it decides on the date of the election of Kyiv mayor and members of the city council.

They are chanting slogans against the current government and are calling for the holding of a mayoral election in Kyiv.

Theparticipants of the rally have gathered along Hrushevskoho Street from the parliament building to the building of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Meanwhile, around 1,000 people are participating in a rally, dubbed "Ukrainian Youth for a European Future," which is taking place in Mariyinsky Park.

Banners reading "MPs, vote for European Integration", "European Integration Means Visa-Free Travel," "I Say YES to EU" are hanging on the fence around the square in front of the parliament.

On Monday, Leader of the Party of Regions Faction Oleksandr Yefremov said that his political force had nothing to do with this action.
