President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on technology, dedicated to reports on decisions to strengthen the air defense.

"We are ending the year with a meeting of the Headquarters meeting on technology. This is already the second meeting in this format. Officials, other heads of state institutions, military command plus manufacturers. There were heads and general designers of our defense enterprises – both private and state-owned," Zelenskyy said in the Telegram channel on Tuesday.

According to the president, the first Headquarters meeting on technology was dedicated to air defense, at the second – there were already reports on the first decisions. Zelenskyy explained that the reports were about how to increase the ability to protect the sky, as well as how to increase the volumes of production required for this in Ukraine.

The head of state said in the future, mobile fire groups will be strengthened, there are already some systemic solutions for protection against Russian missiles and bombs.

"We are focusing on internal industrial capabilities. The main thing is our production, our internal industrial strength, which gives great strength to defense," Zelenskyy said.

In addition, after the war, internal industrial capabilities will ensure the growth of Ukrainian exports, in particular, Ukrainian weapons and experience in protecting their country will definitely help partners.
