ARMA looking for manager for seized Ermolino semi-finished products plant, which belonged to Russian businessman Aleksandrov
The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced a competition for a manager for the seized Ermolino semi-finished products plant, according to the agency's website.
According to the message, the following are proposed for transfer to management: 70% of the charter capital of Romerm LLC in the amount of UAH 252.89 million, 70% of the charter capital of Ermrom LLC (UAH 21.79 million), corporate rights of Ermak Gold LLC owned by an individual with a 70% ownership share (UAH 45.06 million), and a non-resident enterprise with a 30% ownership share (UAH 19.31 million).
In addition, the manager will be given a complex for the production of frozen semi-finished meat products with a total area of more than 4,600 square meters, household and industrial premises, which are located in the village of Chumaky, Dnipropetrovsk region.
These assets have been under the management of ARMA since January 2023.
Applications from interested parties are accepted until February 9 inclusive.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, the following legal entities participate in the production and sale of frozen semi-finished products under the Ermolino brand: Romerm LLC (from Chumaky, Dnipropetrovsk region) with the charter capital of UAH 252.88 million, Kyiv-Torg LLC (Kyiv, UAH 10,000) and Dnipro-Vendor LLC (Dnipro, UAH 10,000).
The production of food products under the Ermolino trademark was established in 2008 at a plant in Dnipropetrovsk region, managed by the legal entity, Romerm LLC. The company produces a wide range of frozen semi-finished products: dumplings, khinkali, dumplings, pancakes, cutlets, etc.
