A sowing campaign is starting in the areas of Mykolaiv region free from Russian occupiers, Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim has said.

"I had a ride across the region... In the part where the occupier did not set foot on our land there are already tractors in the fields. In the part where it retreated, we are clearing and getting ready [for the sowing season]," Kim said in a video message on Monday.
