Ukrenergo will introduce an automated management system (ERP) on the Microsoft Dynamix AX platform, which will support the reform of centralization of management processes in accounting and financial accounting, procurement, investment planning, budgeting, personnel management and other related areas.

According to the company, the contract for the implementation of the ERP system worth UAH 29.017 million (excluding VAT) with Smart Business LLC, which won the tender, was signed on December 26.

Ukrenergo noted the availability of the ERP system is one of the business needs for system operators that are members of ENTSO-E, as a guarantee of transparency and clarity of activities for partners. At the same time, the key characteristics of the system should be unified for all participants in the association.

"The implementation of ERP is an intelligent and balanced investment in the future with the goal of reducing burden on tariffs and the company's compliance with European standards. In addition, the project promises to be one of the largest in the history of the Ukrainian IT market, as a result of which both Ukrenergo and specialists from the integrator company will gain invaluable experience," Vadym Horiushko, the Director of Information Technologies at Ukrenergo, said.

According to the press service, the price of the ERP system includes several components: the cost of the license and the cost of implementation and support.
