Investment Capital Ukraine LLC (Kyiv, incorporated in ICU Group) will act as a broker to sell a stake in public joint-stock company Motor Sich (Zaporizhia) which are on the balance sheet of Bank Finance and Credit being under liquidation, ICU has said in a press release.

The securities will be put up for sale at the Ukrainian Exchange (Kyiv). The first trading session is scheduled for July 28. The starting price is UAH 2,247 per share, while on July 10 the price of a share after trading at the Ukrainian Exchange was UAH 2,505.

The securities will be sold in two lots: the first one is 10,200 shares (0.491% of the share capital) for UAH 22.919 million and the second one is 9,118 shares (0.442%) for UAH 20.645 million.

Investment Capital Ukraine will also act as a broker in selling shares of public joint-stock company Galychpharm, public joint-stock company Uzhgorod Turbogaz, private joint-stock company Kremenchukmiaso and private joint-stock company Tokmak forging and stamping plant.

The auction for the first two companies will be held on the PFTS, and the rest of the companies – on the Perspectiva stock exchange. The trading sessions are also scheduled for July 28, 2017.

The starting price of a lot of shares in Galychpharm consisting of 64,960 shares (0.8% of the share capital) is set at UAH 1.255 million. The cost of a share is UAH 19.32 with a face value of each share is UAH 9.

The shares in Uzhgorod Turbogaz will be sold in two lots. The first one consists of 8.694 million shares (2.2% of the share capital). The starting price is UAH 121.709 million. The second lot has 12,903 shares. The starting price is UAH 180,642. Each share of the company is estimated at UAH 14, and the entire enterprise at UAH 5.6 billion.

The starting price of shares in Kremenchukmiaso consisting of 29,400 shares (0.98% of the share capital) is set at UAH 1.264 million.

The starting price of 105.646 million shares in Tokmak forging and stamping plant is set at UAH 227.138 million.
