Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has abolished the restriction of terms for approving construction projects implemented using budget funds after examination.

The decision is outlined in a government resolution amending paragraph 4 of the procedure for approving construction projects and examining them.

The government annulled the requirement that restricted the term for approving the project implemented using budget funds, funds of state-run and municipal enterprises, institutions and organizations and government-secured credits with three months.

The resolution along with central and local authorities permits state-run scientific organizations to approve the construction projects with the estimated cost of UAH 120-400 million.
