The premier's response also states that Yatseniuk as a prime minister held a meeting with Ihor Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholiubov, who represent the interests of 49% of the private owners of Ukrnafta, to solve the issue of managing this company and other related matters.
Later Nayyem posted the response of head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Borys Lozhkin to the request, which stresses that "the Constitution and the current legislation of Ukraine do not foresee that the grounds for the dismissal of the head of the local state administration could be any conditions agreed with the official who is dismissed."
