The temporary suspension of payments on Ukraine's eurobonds worth $3 billion bought by the National Welfare Fund of Russia in late 2013 is introduced from the day of their payment – December 20, 2015, according to cabinet resolution No. 1312 of December 18, 2015 published on the government' website.

"To impose a temporary suspension of payments on the state debt and guaranteed state debt on liabilities in the list attached, starting from the date mentioned in the list," reads the document.

A moratorium on payment on government guaranteed loans of Ukravtodor is imported from March 30, 2015 for the loan of 2006, from April 15, 2016 on the loan of 2009 and from January 26, 2016 on the loan of 2011.

As for the loan taken by Pivdenne Design Bureau under government guarantees the suspension of payments is planned from May 19, 2016.

The moratorium is in effect until the deals on debt restructuring are signed or the conditions of the loan agreements regarding all the creditors are changed, as it is outlined in the relevant law of May 19, 2015.
