Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk at a meeting with Slovak Economy Minister Vazil Hudak has discussed the issue of energy supplies to Ukraine and development of the infrastructure sector in Ukraine.

The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reported on Wednesday that at the meeting initiatives of cooperation in increasing energy efficiency, developing sustainable energy, innovation potential, business and inter-regional cooperation was also discussed at the meeting.

The role of the intergovernmental Ukrainian-Slovak commission for economic, industrial and scientific cooperation in creating the relevant projects was pointed out. The meeting of the commission is to be held by the end of this year.

Hudak highly appreciated the results of the recent visit of the Ukrainian prime minister to Slovakia and said that Slovakia is ready to develop the agreements reached as soon as possible, deepening the partnership relations of the two countries.
