Yatseniuk plans to order fiscal service to create white book of fair agricultural market operators

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk plans to order the State Fiscal Service to draw up a list of fair operators on the Ukrainian agricultural products market.

"I would order that the State Fiscal Service would create something like a white book of fair operators on the agricultural product market," the prime minister said at a meeting with grain traders in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky on Friday.

He also promised that he would discuss the issue of cash restrictions on the agricultural product market with the governor of the National Bank of Ukraine.

"We caught those who bought grain. They do not have money on the VAT accounts and they cannot give a VAT invoice. Due to the fact that we introduced the [VAT administration] system, we [will] add UAH 3-4 billion of VAT each week," he said.

As reported, Yatseniuk has instructed the State Fiscal Service, together with grain market operators, to take measures to withdraw the market from the shadows.
