The Ministry of Health has announced a tender for procurement of drugs and medical products using state funds on four programs.

According to the press service of the agency, the decision was made at a meeting of the profile committee on competitive bidding.

According to the report, in particular, bids were announced in the framework of the budget program "Providing health care activities on certain state programs and integrated programmatic activities, including UAH 200 million for the purchase of digital mammography units and ultrasound diagnostic equipment of domestic production" in the following directions: centralized procurement of medicines for treatment of multiple sclerosis patients; centralized procurement of medicines for children with Gaucher disease (under a shortcut procedure); centralized procurement of medicines for children with cerebral palsy (under a shortcut procedure); centralized procurement of medicines for children suffering from MPS (under a shortcut procedure).

The announcement of procurement procedures will be posted on the Public Procurement Bulletin portal and on the website of the Health Ministry of Ukraine. In addition, the ministry will voice documents necessary for each procurement procedure. When the information is published bidders may submit their proposals to the ministry. If there are no remarks, proposals for drugs against multiple sclerosis will be disclosed on September 15, 2015, three other programs on August 31, 2015.
