MasterCard agrees to transfer transaction processing to Russia's National Payment Card System - Central Bank
The National Payment Card System has signed an agreement with MasterCard to transfer MasterCard's processing to the Russian card system, according to a Central Bank press release.
The statement says that this agreement allows for processing on transactions that occur inside Russia to be gradually transferred the National Payment Card System.
