One of the strikes launched by the Russian Armed Forces on Kharkiv on Saturday hit a residential building, resulting in casualties and injuries, reported Mayor Ihor Terekhov.

"Fatalities and injuries are reported. The strike hit a residential building," Terekhov wrote on his Telegram channel.
