Thursday, January 25, has been declared a day of mourning in Kharkiv for those killed as a result of rocket attacks carried out by Russian occupation forces during January 23, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said.

"The rocket attacks on January 23 led to one of the largest tragedies in Kharkiv in terms of the number of victims during the entire full-scale war. In this regard, a day of mourning is being declared in the city today," Terekhov wrote on his Telegram channel.
