Law enforcement officers are documenting the consequences of missile strikes carried out by Russian occupation forces on Kharkiv at 04:00 and 07:00 on Tuesday.

"At the moment, four deaths are known: two men and two women. At least 40 people are injured, among them three minor girls (11, 14, 17 years old) and a policeman," the press service of Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office said.

In addition, a 15-year-old boy received cuts from glass fragments. He refused hospitalization.

The strikes were carried out in Kyivsky and Saltivsky districts of the city. In both areas, significant destruction and damage to civil infrastructure was recorded (apartment and private residential buildings, a shopping center, a garage cooperative, cars, a fire department, a sanatorium boarding school building, as well as a gas pipeline, etc.)

According to preliminary data, the enemy hit the city with Kh-32 and S-300 missiles.

Pretrial investigations have been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
