In the Tavria direction, Ukrainian forces destroyed the TOS-1A Solntsepek heavy multiple launch rocket system and two units of 2S19 Msta-S self-propelled howitzers, commander of the Tavria Operational Strategic Group of Forces Oleksandr Tarnavsky said.

"In the Tavria direction, the enemy carried out three airstrikes, carried out 58 military clashes and carried out 944 artillery shelling. Our soldiers and warriors are staunchly holding the defense in the Avdiyivka direction. The enemy's offensive actions in the areas of the settlements of Stepove, Avdiyivka, Tonenke, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka and Staromayorske of Donetsk region were unsuccessful, as well as in Chervone, Robotyne and north-west of Verbove, Zaporizhia region," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

Rocket and artillery units from the Tavria Operational Strategic Group completed 1,322 fire missions during the day. According to Tarnavsky, the total enemy losses were 583 people.

In addition, 31 units of military equipment were destroyed. In particular, one tank, four infantry fighting vehicles, seven artillery systems, one MLRS, 11 UAVs, six vehicles and one unit of special equipment.

At the same time, the offensive operation in the Melitopol direction continues.
