The units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system underwent two-week exercises on the liberation of territories, mine clearance and medical assistance with the participation of American instructors, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reports.

"The training was organized in cooperation with the Ukrainian-American foundation Osprey Global Solutions Ukraine. More than 90 representatives of the National Police, the State Border Guard Service, the National Guard, the State Emergency Service, the Command of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Engineering Troops and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine took part in the exercises," the Telegram channel says.

The main task of the fighters during the exercises is the cooperation of the assault group with the cover of mine clearance workers and medics. Among the tasks set were the liberation of territories, mine clearance and medical assistance in the field.

"American trainers taught Ukrainian fighters in various fields. The cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with American partners continues. Such exercises are not held for the first time, so the trainers will continue to train new groups of fighters," the ministry said.
