President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced "personnel decisions".

"There are also personnel decisions, some today, some will be tomorrow. Managers at various levels in ministries and other structures of the central government, and in the regions and in the law enforcement system," he said in a video statement on Monday.
