Denmark does not consider it necessary to integrate refugees from Ukraine into society

Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said on Tuesday that Ukrainian refugees should not be integrated into Danish society, because after some time they should go home to rebuild their country, Associated Press reports.

"The refugee status is temporary, so these people will need to return and help rebuild their homeland when the opportunity arises," she said in the parliament.

The agency notes that according to Danish legislation, Ukrainian refugees will be able to stay in this country for a maximum of two years, they can work, get an education. They will have access to medical services.
