Consideration at Russia's initiative in the UN Security Council of the so-called military biological activities of the United States in Ukraine may mean Russia is preparing to conduct biological and chemical operations on the territory of Ukraine, Adviser to the head of the President's Office of Ukraine Mykhailo Podoliak said.

According to him, "Russia is currently looking for any opportunities to find and record on international platforms an explanation for its large-scale and bloody invasion of Ukraine."

"So, today, at Russia's initiative, an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council was held with an extremely cynical and fake agenda: 'On new facts of the U.S. military biological activity in Ukraine' ... Is it a nonsense? Yes, it is. But Russia has not used logic for a long time. Therefore, the United States and the vast majority of member states of the UN Security Council rejected the fake accusations of the Russians. Unfortunately, even the UN today does not rule out that the Russian briefing on biological laboratories may be one of the likely stages in the preparation of a group of Kremlin 'hawks' for possible biological and chemical operations on the territory of Ukraine," Podoliak said in the Telegram channel.
