PGO sends suspicion notice to Constitutional Court head by mail

The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) has sent a notice of suspicion by mail to head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Tupytsky in connection with his failure to appear for procedural actions on Monday, the press service of the PGO told Interfax-Ukraine.

Also, the PGO sent a motion to the President of Ukraine to remove Tupytsky from the position of judge for a period of two months.
