Poroshenko appoints two members of HCJ

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Andriy Vasylenko and Mykhailo Isakov to the High Council of Justice of Ukraine.
The corresponding decrees, No. 217/2019 and No. 218/2019, dated May 13, 2019, have been published on the president's website.
Vasylenko is a candidate of legal sciences. By the June 30, 2015 decision of the congress of higher legal education and science institutions, he was appointed a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Isakov is a candidate of legal sciences, a lawyer and member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine. He has lately worked as a professor on the faculty of special disciples and professional preparation at the Interior Ministry's Donetsk Law Institute.
