Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Civil Administration Yuriy Harbuz clarifies that a woman, who was wounded as a result of the shelling of Troyitske village in the Popasniansky district of Luhansk region, has been placed in an intensive care unit.

"As of 10:30, the 36-year-old woman, who was injured as a result of the night shelling of the village of Troyitske, is in intensive care at the Lysychansk central city hospital named after Titov. The doctors estimate her condition as difficult but stable," he wrote on Facebook on Friday.

Harbuz also informed that the 18-year-old son of this woman was injured in the legs, but his life is not threatened. "At present he receives qualified psychological assistance," he said.

As it was reported, in the early hours of Friday the militants shelled the private sector of Troyitske village of Popas niansky district of Luhansk region. One of the shells fell into a private house along Kuznechna Street, where there lived a family: a father, a mother and two sons. As a result of the shelling, a 13-year-old boy and his 39-year-old father were killed. The 36-year-old mother and 18-year-old son were hospitalized with mine-blasting injuries and heavy shrapnel wounds.

Head of the Donetsk regional military-civil administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky mistakenly reported that the wounded woman had died in the hospital.
