NACP agrees with securities commission on access to its databases

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has agreed with the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market on access to its databases.

According to the NACP press service, a relevant memorandum of understanding, cooperation and exchange of information was signed by NACP deputy head Ruslan Radetsky and head of the securities commission Timur Khromaev.

The memorandum provides for the consolidation of the parties' efforts aimed at cooperation in the field of prevention, detection and suppression of corruption offenses, including through exchange of relevant information.

At the same time, the parties agreed on establishing the NACP's direct access to information contained in the databases owned by the securities commission.

According to Radetsky, access to the databases is an indispensable element in the process of verification of e-declarations of public servants.
