Defense of former Yukos shareholders to appeal against cancelled claim for Russia's $50 bln reimbursement

The defense team of former Yukos shareholders intends to file an appeal against the Hague District Court order overruling the judgment, which compelled Russia's $50 billion reimbursement in their favor, former Yukos shareholders' lawyer Tim Osborne told Interfax on Wednesday.

He said the procedure might take a couple of weeks.
