French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Tuesday discussed the realization of the Minsk accords with Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, reads the communiqué of Elysee Palace.

The discussion was mainly focused on the realization of the agreement signed in Minsk on February 12, 2015, reads the document.

French President and German Chancellor welcomed the beginning of reform of Ukrainian Constitution, especially in the decentralization.
