Kyiv satisfied with tougher anti-Russia sanctions if Minsk peace is violated

Ukraine is satisfied with the possibility of tougher sanctions against Russia if it disrupts the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements, deputy head of the presidential administration Valery Chaly has said.

"We have received a model of tougher sanctions should Russia fail to abide by the Minsk agreements," Chaly said at a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.

He went on to say that Ukraine has received "not only what it expected, but even more."
