Towns under Ukrainian government control in Luhansk region remain under attack, Luhansk Region State Administration Head Hennadiy Moskal reported on Friday.

"There were no civilian casualties and the electric power, water and gas supply went on everywhere but in the areas were public utility networks were damaged by gunfire. The attack on Popasna has now stopped," the report said.

The overnight mortar shelling damaged about ten residential buildings in Triokhizbenka but there have been no civilian casualty reports as of yet.
