Russia sending another humanitarian convoy to southeastern Ukraine
A Russian Emergency Situations Ministry convoy carrying humanitarian aid for Donbas residents is moving towards the Russian-Ukrainian border.
"The convoy departed the Emergency Situations Ministry's Donskoy rescue center at 0400 Moscow time and is moving towards the border. It consists of over 170 vehicles carrying more than 1,500 tonnes of humanitarian cargo," an Emergency Situations Ministry spokesperson said.
The cargo includes food products, medicines, essential goods, and construction materials, he said.
