MPs scuffle in parliament, meeting does not begin
MPs have again scuffled in the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada.
An Interfax-Ukraine reporter said that deputies from the Svoboda, UDAR and Batkivschyna factions are again blocking the rostrum of the parliament, with Regions Party and Communist Party lawmakers trying to prevent them from doing so.
Opposition members are moving to the presidium. Some have already reached the presidium, while the others are being pushed away by Regions Party MPs.
The parliament's session has not started.
Earlier, a 30-minute technical break was announced to test the electronic voting system.
