Mechanism of state support for innovations in industry to work this year - Groysman
The mechanism of state support for technological innovations in industry, the funds for the implementation of which in the amount of UAH 300 million were envisaged for the first time laid in the state budget of 2018, will start working by the end of this year, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said.
"We will launch the mechanism of state support by the end of the year. I set this task to the National Committee for Industrial Development. The selection of projects will be approved by entrepreneurs, not officials. This will ensure transparency and quality, and we will also minimize the manifestations of any corruption risks in the allocation of funds. We will continue the work next year," the press office of the Cabinet of Ministers quoted Groysman as saying.
At the same time, he stressed that now it is necessary to form a special commission that will determine the provision of budget funds.
The National Committee for Industrial Development told Interfax-Ukraine that the commission would only begin to be formed so information on its composition would be provided later.
