National joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy has approved the appraisal of the cost of fixed assets of public joint-stock company Ukrtransgaz at UAH 327.922 billion.

The decision was made by the only shareholder in Ukrtransgaz on April 12. Deputy Head of the energy efficiency department of Naftogaz Oleksiy Khabatiuk posted the copy of the decision on his Facebook page.

The sum includes Ukrtransgaz's assets worth UAH 12.327 billion on the temporarily uncontrolled areas of Ukraine.

The appraisal was approved basing on a report of Ernst & Young.

Ukrtransgaz, fully owned by Naftogaz Ukrainy, operates a system of trunk gas pipelines and 12 underground gas storage facilities in the country with a total capacity of 31 billion cubic meters.
