The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has announced procurements of medicines in five areas for funds remaining in the 2017 budget.

These are medicines for children suffering from mental disorders and autism (21 lots), for children and adults suffering from cystic fibrosis (five lots), medicines for the treatment of tuberculosis (33 lots), tests and consumables for TB diagnosis (14 lots), as well as medicines for children with congenital immunodeficiency (14 lots), Ukraine's Health Ministry said.

As reported, the ministry on July 27, 2017, signed contracts worth UAH 5.9 billion with UNDP, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and Britain's Crown Agents for the purchase of medicines and medical devices for funds of the 2017 state budget.
