Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan has published some requirements to the winner of the tender to select director general of the largest Ukrainian airport – Boryspil International Airport.

"The five candidates for the post of the Boryspil airport chief have been selected and soon the nomination committee would select the best of them. I want to put forward the following requirements to each candidate and record them in the written form if one of them becomes the winner of the tender," the minister wrote on his Facebook page.

Among the requirements is to hold negotiations with low cost airlines during six months and sign contracts to use Terminals B or F by them to fly from the airport, provide for equal access to services of the airport, taking into account frequency of lights and grounded requests of the airlines, make order with leasing at the airport and parking lots.

The minister intends to demand to settle the issue with the uncompleted parking area within one year and provide for the proper service on the territory near the airport, carry out corporatization of the airport and provide for at least 40% of revenue to the airport's budget from non-aviation services during two years.
