The delay with the adoption of the national budget and the tax reform makes technically difficult the receiving of the third tranche under the IMF-supported Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program, although there is no threat from a small delay with the arrival of these funds, Deputy Finance Minister of Ukraine Artem Shevalev has said.

"It is rather difficult to receive the new tranche by late 2015 from the technical point of view," he told reporters in Kyiv on Monday.

He said that currently cooperation with the IMF is closely pegged to the approval of the 2016 national budget. He said that the quality of the budget and the tax reform is more important than the terms of receiving the third tranche.
