In Odesa, death toll increases to two, there may be people under rubble, dog handlers involved in search – Interior Ministry

In Odesa, the number of people killed as a result of a night attack by Russian UAVs has increased to two people, there may be people under the rubble of a nine-story building, dog handlers have been involved in the search, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine said on Saturday.

"At least two people died, their bodies were pulled out from under the rubble by the State Emergency Service rescuers. Another seven people were injured. Among them is a child. The rescue operation continues continuously, because there may be people under the rubble. Currently there is evidence that no contact is being made seven residents of a high-rise building. Dog handlers have been involved in the search. Psychologists from the police and the State Emergency Service are providing psychological assistance on the spot; more than fifty people have already applied for it," the service said on its Telegram channel.

It is also noted that heating points were promptly deployed nearby, since as a result of the shelling, about ten apartment buildings were left without heat supply.
