The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), together with the National Police, neutralized the international criminal organization AllatRa, which was engaged in anti-Ukrainian activities.

"As a result of a multi-stage special operation in Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine, the subversive activities of more than 20 centers of this group operating in favor of the Russian special services were blocked," the SBU telegram channel reported on Thursday.

According to the intelligence service, under the guise of "missionary work," members of the religious cult justified Russian armed aggression and publicly promoted the Kremlin idea of creating a "Union of Slavic Peoples" under the leadership of Moscow.

"The defendants organized a clear hierarchical structure and their own representative offices in each regional center of our state. These AllatRa cells en masse called on local residents to join the cult and spread the ideas of the Kremlin," the report states.

The intelligence service emphasizes that in order to find like-minded people and disseminate pro-Russian views, the defendants created their own YouTube channel with about half a million users. Also, according to the message, the AllatRa organizers launched a network of their own media and Internet resources, Telegram channels and pages on the TikTok social network. "There they published propaganda 'messages' and videos, promoting pro-Kremlin narratives through the ideas of the so-called 'benevolent society,'" the Ukrainian intelligence service clarifies.

Among other things, the offenders campaigned for the Russian occupiers to carry out massive missile and bomb attacks on the civilian infrastructure of Ukrainian cities.

"During the investigation, irrefutable evidence was obtained of the guilt of the management and active participants of AllatRa," the SBU summarizes.

According to the investigation, the leaders of the group illegally traveled abroad in the spring of 2022, using fake documents on deregistration from the military, and, while in one of the European countries, continued to remotely manage their criminal organization in Ukraine.

An examination initiated by the Security Service confirmed the facts of AllatRa's subversive activities in favor of the aggressor country.

In addition, as reported by the SBU, it has been established that during the period of its existence, the pro-Russian cult created its own "branches" in the Russian Federation, Belarus and several other countries in Europe, Central Asia and the United States.

During searches in the cult "cells" and in the premises of the defendants in Kyiv region, as well as in Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Volyn, Sumy and Kharkiv regions, computer equipment, mobile phones, literature, documents and other evidence of illegal activities were discovered.

Based on the collected evidence, AllatRa management and participants are being prepared a report of suspicion under the articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Part 1, Part 2 of Article 111 (high treason), Article 255 (creation, management of a criminal community or criminal organization, as well as participation in it), Article 436-1 (propaganda of the communist totalitarian regime), and Article 436-2 (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).
