Nova Poshta plans to open in six more EU countries by year end

The Nova Poshta group of companies plans to enter the market of six more European Union countries by the end of the year, opening its first branches there, co-owner of Nova Poshta Viacheslav Klymov said at the Kyiv International Economic Forum, held last week.

"We are expanding. There are already eight countries. By the end of this year there will be six more," Klymov said.

As the company's press service clarified for Interfax-Ukraine, Nova Post branches will appear in Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, France and Austria.

At the forum, Klymov noted that in Nova Post branches abroad there will be two working languages - local and Ukrainian.

"We have made a firm decision that in Nova Post branches in Europe they will speak two languages. It will be the local language and it will be the Ukrainian language," the co-owner of the company said.

At the forum, he also said that the group monthly allocates about UAH 100 million to the needs of the army. Klymov clarified that 3,249 company employees are currently in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 99 colleagues have died.

As reported, Nova Post has already opened 62 branches in Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Romania, Germany and Moldova.
