The Ukrainian Red Cross Society, represented by Head of the first aid department of the URCS National Committee Nadia Yamnenko, is participating in the work of an international expert group of master trainers in first aid.

"Today a meeting of members of the international expert group – international first aid master trainers started... Nadia Yamnenko is taking part in it... The key goal of the meeting is to update recommendations for first aid training for new instructors and trainers from national societies of the International Movement. The Course Facilitation Guide will help first aid trainers assistance from 192 countries around the world to create new teams of instructors who will teach and popularize first aid among people," the society said on Facebook on Tuesday.

The meeting was organized by the Global Reference Center of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

International master first aid trainer Yamnenko is a member of the international expert group. The Ukrainian Red Cross joined the expert group in 2018. The goal of the international expert group is the development, improvement and unification of first aid in accordance with international standards in the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
