Ukrainian defenders found a boat of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the Snake island, previously captured by the Russian military in Berdyansk and admit the possibility of its use by the enemy for the purpose of provocation, the operational command Pivden (South) reports.

"One of the small armored artillery boats of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, captured by the Ruscists in Berdyansk at the beginning of the invasion, was found near the Snake island. In all likelihood, the enemy will try to use such a boat, also under the Ukrainian flag, in its provocations with the shelling of foreign civilian vessels, and maybe coastal areas of both Ukraine and other states of the Black Sea region," the report says.

It is also reported that the naval grouping of enemy forces in the Black Sea continues to block shipping and the operation of ports. The threats of missile strikes and amphibious landings do not lose their relevance.

In addition, the enemy continues aerial reconnaissance in order to identify Ukrainian positions and ways of countering along the shores of Odesa and Mykolaiv.

The command notes that along the contact line in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, the enemy made raids by Mi-8 helicopters of two-three units in a group. One attack by a troika helicopter by shelling by Ukrainian units was thwarted, and the enemy, dodging hits, retreated to their original positions.

"According to the results of enemy shelling, including Hyacinth-B, an undetonated shell hit a residential building and one wounded civilian was found in settlements along the contact line.
