President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to develop a comprehensive program to support internally displaced persons (IDPs).

According to the president, the program will consist of three components.

The first of these is financial, which includes state support for all displaced persons and support for jobs where they temporarily reside, so that each of our people and families has the foundations for life.

The second is housing. As Zelensky noted, the government is already preparing specific proposals for providing housing for temporary migrants, and also organizes the restoration of destroyed housing after the end of the war.

The third includes support for families who have hosted temporary migrants from the territory of hostilities or temporary occupation.

"At least, they will receive compensation for utilities related to the maintenance of migrants," he said, adding that in the near future the Prime Minister of Ukraine will explain all the details of the program.
