Russia used 97 tactical task forces in Ukraine, of which 15 were completely destroyed, another 18 are combat ineffective, adviser to the head of the President's Office of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovych said.

"We see a significant depletion of the enemy. Russia has used 97 tactical task forces. Of these, 15 have been completely destroyed, 18 are combat ineffective, ten remain the same as they can still transfer," Arestovych said during a briefing at the Media Center of Ukraine.

According to him, during the day there were no significant changes in the positions of the enemy and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The occupiers are trying to cordon Ukrainian troops in the JFO area from Izium and cut off Mariupol.

As for Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, the enemy is conducting tactical task forces to improve its positions.

At the same time, the invaders are deliberately trying to bomb residential areas.

"On average, one out of four missiles is shot down by our air defense, one hits the invader's target, one hits civilian areas. Looking at the statistics of hits, we understand that the enemy bombed Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv on purpose, knowing that the target was residential areas. That concerns Kyiv, so far this has not been observed. Most likely, in the case of the capital, this is a wrong tip. In the western part of Ukraine, the enemy targeted residential areas," the adviser to the head of the President's Office said.
