About 20,000 people left Mariupol in private cars along the humanitarian corridor during the day, said Deputy Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko.

According to him, 570 out of 4,000 cars that left the city have already arrived in Zaporizhia. The rest will stay overnight in the settlements of Zaporizhia and Donetsk regions. All those in need are being provided assistance.

Tymoshenko added that thanks to humanitarian corridors, about 29,000 people have been evacuated from the blocked cities today.
