The EU stated that Belarus is a "co-aggressor" in Ukraine and should bear full responsibility for the situation in this country.

According to a statement released by the EU during a special meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, Belarus as a co-aggressor bears full responsibility for the loss of life, injury and destruction.

In the statement, the EU demands that Russia immediately cease hostilities, withdraw troops from Ukraine and respect the territorial integrity of that country.
