Over 3,000 children, people with disabilities, orphans evacuated from Kyiv to Europe – Klitschko

About 1,000 children with disabilities, orphans and people with disabilities were evacuated from Kyiv to Poland on Saturday, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
"The city continues to evacuate children with disabilities, orphans, children in difficult life circumstances and people with disabilities. Yesterday, about 1,000 Kyiv residents of such categories were sent to Poland on an evacuation voyage. Among them, there are about 200 children with disabilities, 32 of whom move in wheelchairs," Klitschko wrote on Telegram on Sunday.
He noted that the flight was organized by the city authorities together with the Save Ukraine Help Center.
"In total, more than 3,000 people have already been sent to Europe on such joint evacuation voyages these days," Klitschko summed up.
