Zelensky rejects idea of Ukraine's federalization

Federalization of Ukraine is impossible, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
"Today, I'd like to outline a number of principles I will never break as president of Ukraine and the principles the Ukrainian people will never accept. First, this is the impossibility of federalization, because Ukraine is a unitary state. Second is the impossibility of anyone exerting any influence on the vector of Ukraine's movement and development. Third is the impossibility of a compromise on settling the situation in the east of Ukraine by Ukraine conceding its territories," Zelensky said at a press briefing following the Normandy Four summit in Paris.
