The cause of the explosion at a Kerch vocational school was an unidentified explosive device, the National Anti-Terrorism committee (NAC) told Interfax on Wednesday.

"An unidentified explosive device went off in Kerch," the NAC said.

"According to tentative information, 10 people were killed and about 50 injured," it said.
