Investigators have in their possession video images of the arrival of an unknown man, who arranged the explosion near the Espresso TV channel in Kyiv's Solomiansky District, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (People's Front Party) deputy Anton Gerashchenko has said.

"The video of the terrorist act, which Espreso TV has provided … has been published. Investigators also have video showing the bomber arriving and positioning the motorcycle [or moped] next to the entrance of the Espreso TV office," Gerashchenko said on his Facebook page.

Gerashchenko said the evidence improves chances for solving the crime. He also said the TV station should take measures, such as removing "garbage cans, bushes and other convenient objects for planting explosive devices" from the entrance, as well as implementing procedures which would alert security about unknown parked transportation vehicles parked near the station.

As earlier reported, on October 25 in Kyiv at the exit of the Espresso TV channel a blast occurred killing two policemen and wounding three persons, including Mosiychuk and political scientist Vitaliy Bala, who were immediately hospitalized and operated on. Those who were killed are two police officers - Mosiychuk's security guard, Ruslan Kushnir, who died on his way to hospital, and local resident Mykhailo Mormel.

The blast is regarded as a terrorist attack. Ukraine's SBU Security Service is in charge of the investigation.

The explosion was the result of the detonation of a handmade remote-controlled bomb placed in a motorcycle, Kyiv Chief Prosecutor Roman Hovda said, adding the explosive device contained the equivalent of 400 to 600 grams of trotyl explosive.
