Cabinet appoints Kurnikov as deputy chief Ukrainian border guard commissioner at Ukrainian-Belarusian border
The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Valeriy Kurnikov the Deputy Chief Border Guard Commissioner at the Ukrainian-Belarusian state border.
According to the decree No.751 dated October 19, Major General Kurnikov has been appointed the head of the Northern Regional Directorate of the State Border Service.
